Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Agent Growth Hub Inc. ("Agent Growth Hub," "AGH," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. This policy also covers our use of Meta's platforms and APIs in connection with our services.


1. Role of Agent Growth Hub

Agent Growth Hub acts as:

  • A data processor in relation to customer contact data
  • A data controller for its own account, billing, and platform usage data

Users (agents and businesses) are the data controllers of their own contact databases.


2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing information

2.2 Usage Data

  • Log data
  • Platform activity
  • Feature usage

2.3 Meta Platform Data

📱 Meta API Integration

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to Agent Growth Hub using Meta's OAuth authentication, we may access data through Meta's Marketing API and Graph API, including:

  • Ad Account Data: Ad account IDs, names, currency settings, and account status
  • Campaign Data: Campaign names, objectives, status, budgets, and scheduling
  • Ad Set Data: Targeting parameters, placements, budgets, and bid strategies
  • Ad Creative Data: Ad names, creative assets, copy, headlines, and call-to-action settings
  • Performance Insights: Impressions, clicks, reach, spend, CTR, CPL, and conversion data
  • Lead Form Data: Lead form names, questions, and responses from Facebook Lead Ads
  • Page Data: Facebook Page IDs and names associated with your ad accounts
  • User Profile: Basic profile information (name, profile picture) for authentication purposes

We request only the permissions necessary to provide our services. We use the following Meta API permissions: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_manage_ads.

2.4 Consumer Lead Data

We do not collect consumer lead data directly, but it may be stored within user accounts on our platform. Users are solely responsible for the legality and handling of such data.


3. How We Use Information

We use data to:

  • Provide and operate our services
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Improve platform functionality and develop new features
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our terms
  • Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns on your behalf (where authorized)
  • Display ad performance analytics and insights dashboards
  • Generate AI-powered marketing recommendations

We do not use your Meta data for advertising our own products, and we do not sell your data to third parties. Meta data is used solely to provide the services you have authorized within Agent Growth Hub.


4. Meta Platform Data — Specific Disclosures

📱 Meta API Integration

Our use of data obtained through Meta APIs complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4.1 Permitted Uses

  • We use Meta API data only to provide and improve Agent Growth Hub's core functionality
  • Data is accessed only with your explicit authorization through Meta's OAuth flow
  • We access only the minimum permissions required to deliver our services
  • Your Meta data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users

4.2 Prohibited Uses

We will never:

  • Sell your Meta platform data to third parties
  • Use your Meta data for data brokerage purposes
  • Use your Meta data to build profiles for advertising purposes unrelated to our services
  • Transfer your Meta data to any ad network, data broker, or analytics provider
  • Use your Meta data for any purpose incompatible with Meta's Platform Terms

4.3 Data Retention from Meta

We store Meta campaign and performance data to power your dashboard. This data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all Meta-sourced data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

4.4 Revoking Meta Access

You can disconnect your Meta account from Agent Growth Hub at any time through your account settings or directly through your Facebook App Settings. Revoking access will prevent us from accessing your Meta data going forward. Previously stored data will be deleted upon your request.


5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

  • GoHighLevel — CRM infrastructure
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Twilio — SMS and voice communications
  • Hosting providers — Infrastructure and data storage
  • Legal authorities — When required by law, court order, or governmental authority

All service providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.


6. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate. By using our services, you consent to cross-border data transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international transfers.


7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including:

  • Encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections for all data transmission
  • Access tokens and credentials stored encrypted at rest
  • Database access restricted to authorized personnel only
  • Regular security reviews of our application and infrastructure

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.


8. Data Retention

We retain data:

  • For the duration of your subscription
  • As required by applicable law
  • As necessary for legitimate business purposes

Upon account deletion, all personal data including Meta-sourced data is permanently deleted within 30 days.


9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (Canada, US), you may request:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion of your personal data (subject to legal requirements)
  • Portability of your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdrawal of Consent for Meta data access at any time

10. Data Deletion

📱 Meta API Integration

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, we provide a clear data deletion mechanism:

  • Account Deletion: Delete your account from account settings. All data including Meta-sourced data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Meta Data Deletion Request: If you remove Agent Growth Hub from your Facebook app permissions, submit a deletion request to [email protected]. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
  • Deletion Callback: We support Meta's Data Deletion Callback URL to process deletion requests automatically when you remove our app from your Facebook settings.

11. Children's Privacy

Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. For significant changes, we will send email notification to registered users. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "you") and Agent Growth Hub Inc., an Ontario corporation ("Agent Growth Hub," "AGH," "Company," "we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using the Agent Growth Hub CRM platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms.


1. Description of Services

Agent Growth Hub provides access to a cloud-based customer relationship management platform (CRM), marketing automation tools, AI-powered tools, communication systems, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

The Platform is operated using white-labeled third-party infrastructure, including but not limited to GoHighLevel and other third-party service providers.

Users are granted access to a subaccount within Agent Growth Hub's master infrastructure. Users do not own the underlying software platform.


2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to bind a business entity (if applicable)
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws in Canada, the United States, and any other jurisdiction in which you operate

3. Account Ownership & Structure

3.1 Subaccount Structure

All user accounts are subaccounts under Agent Growth Hub's master account. Agent Growth Hub retains ownership of the master infrastructure.

3.2 Platform Ownership

Users do not obtain ownership rights in the CRM system, underlying software, snapshots, workflows, templates, AI systems, or infrastructure configurations.

3.3 Access Rights

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access their subaccount.


4. Fees, Billing & Stripe Authorization

4.1 Subscription Fees

Services may include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, setup fees, add-on services, and usage-based charges (e.g., SMS, calling).

4.2 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered (e.g., 7 days), billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled before expiration.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.4 Payment Authorization

By providing payment details, you authorize Agent Growth Hub and its payment processor (including Stripe) to charge your payment method for all fees due.

4.5 No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4.6 Failed Payments

If payment fails, access may be suspended, services may be terminated, late fees may apply, and collections may be initiated.

4.7 Taxes

Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, including HST, GST, state sales tax, or other governmental charges.

4.8 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior written dispute resolution may result in immediate suspension or termination.


5. Acceptable Use & Compliance Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including CASL (Canada), CAN-SPAM (US), TCPA (US), FCC regulations, telemarketing laws, Do-Not-Call lists, data protection laws, and privacy regulations.

Agent Growth Hub does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for your compliance obligations.

You agree not to:

  • Send unlawful spam
  • Conduct illegal robocalls
  • Use purchased lead lists in violation of law
  • Misrepresent identity
  • Engage in harassment or deceptive marketing
  • Use AI systems to generate unlawful communications

6. Meta Platform Integration — User Obligations

📱 Meta API Integration

If you connect your Facebook or Meta business account to Agent Growth Hub, you agree to the following additional obligations:

6.1 Meta Platform Terms Compliance

You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Meta's Advertising Policies, and all applicable Meta Developer Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Meta-connected features complies with Meta's requirements.

6.2 Authorization

By connecting your Meta account, you authorize Agent Growth Hub to access your ad accounts, pages, and business assets solely for the purpose of providing our services. You confirm you have the legal authority to grant this access.

6.3 Ad Account Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for all ad campaigns, creatives, targeting, budgets, and compliance with Meta's advertising standards. Agent Growth Hub is a technology tool and does not assume responsibility for your ad account health, ad disapprovals, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.

6.4 Revoking Access

You may disconnect your Meta account at any time through your account settings or through your Facebook App Settings.


7. AI Features Disclaimer

The Platform may include AI-powered tools. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misleading information. AI responses are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use. Agent Growth Hub disclaims all liability for damages arising from AI-generated content.


8. Third-Party Infrastructure Disclaimer

The Platform relies on third-party services including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Twilio, email delivery providers, and hosting providers. Agent Growth Hub is not responsible for outages, downtime, message delivery failures, SMS filtering, carrier blocking, third-party service interruptions, or API failures.


9. Telecommunications & Messaging Disclaimer

If you use SMS, calling, or AI voice features, you are the sender of record. You are responsible for opt-in documentation, consent records, honoring opt-outs, and all regulatory liability. Agent Growth Hub is a technology provider only and not a telecommunications carrier.


10. Data & Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all data uploaded, all contacts imported, all marketing communications sent, and all consumer consent records. Agent Growth Hub does not verify the legality of user data.


11. Suspension & Termination

Agent Growth Hub may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for suspected illegal activity, excessive complaints, spam reports, regulatory risk, or non-payment. Termination does not entitle you to refunds.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Growth Hub's total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

Agent Growth Hub shall not be liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, regulatory fines, or reputation damage.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Growth Hub from regulatory investigations, TCPA claims, CASL claims, spam lawsuits, data breach claims caused by your actions, consumer lawsuits, and government penalties.


14. No Performance Guarantee

Agent Growth Hub does not guarantee lead conversion, revenue increases, message deliverability, AI accuracy, or marketing results.


15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including internet outages, cyberattacks, government action, or platform provider failures.


16. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ontario. You waive jury trial rights and participation in class actions.


17. Modifications

Agent Growth Hub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
